Adaptive DCS has been shortlisted for Specialist Distributor of the Year at the BikeBiz Awards 2026, marking a third consecutive year of recognition for the fast-growing cycling distribution and services specialist.

The nomination continues an impressive run for Adaptive DCS, which was named BikeBiz Newcomer of the Year in 2024 before going on to win Specialist Distributor of the Year in 2025.

Founded in 2023, Adaptive DCS entered the UK cycling and active travel market with a different approach to traditional distribution. Its flexible, service-led model was designed to give cycling brands a smarter, more agile route to market, with partners able to select the combination of sales, distribution, logistics and support services that best meets their requirements.

Three years on, Adaptive exclusively represents some of the most respected brands in performance cycling, including 3T, LOOK, UDOG and Rocky Mountain, working with a carefully curated network of specialist independent bicycle dealers across the UK and Ireland.

Adam Garner, Director at Adaptive DCS, said: “To be recognised by the BikeBiz Awards for a third consecutive year means a huge amount to us. When we won Newcomer of the Year in 2024, it gave us confidence that there was a real place in the market for the flexible, service-led model we were building.

“Winning Specialist Distributor of the Year the following year was another major milestone, and to be shortlisted for the award again in 2026 demonstrates how far the business has come in a relatively short space of time.

“Our focus hasn’t changed. We want to give brands the expertise, infrastructure and flexibility they need to succeed in the UK market while providing retailers with the specialist support they need from their distribution partners. A huge thank you goes to our team, brand partners, retailers and clients who continue to put their trust in us.”
