Adaptive DCS named JetBlack’s exclusive UK fulfilment and service partner

JetBlack Cycling has partnered with Adaptive DCS to support its new direct-to consumer model for their VICTORY smart trainer in the UK. JetBlack is leveraging Adaptive’s industry expertise in warehousing, logistics, servicing, and customer care.

“This partnership is very deliberate – we knew we needed more than a 3PL. Precision, cycling electronic goods in a direct-to-consumer environment requires strong customer service in local time and technical support, too. Adaptive is highly unique in what they offer and have been perfect for our international expansion for VICTORY in the UK.” Says Tony Simmonds, CEO of JetBlack Cycling.

Established in Australia in 2005, JetBlack Cycling is fast growing into a massive global brand, specialising in indoor cycling trainers and accessories designed to replicate the outdoor riding experience indoors, focusing on innovation, performance, and great value. The UK launch is centred around the VICTORY Smart Trainer, one of the first certified Zwift-ready trainers pre-installed with the Zwift Cog and equipped with Zwift Click controller shifters, it delivers a premium virtual shifting experience with quiet, smooth gear changes and is compatible with almost any bike out of the box.

Adaptive DCS Ltd delivers specialised distribution, consultancy, and sourcing solutions for the UK cycling and active travel industries. Collaborating closely with brands, they build bespoke strategies to support or represent brands in the local market. Their sector-specific 3PL services include warehousing, distribution, and fulfilment, complemented by next-day delivery, professional mechanics and PDI, customer aftercare, returns management, and warranty support.

Adam Garner, Adaptive DCS Director and Co-owner added, “We are really pleased to be partnering with JetBlack Cycling, delivering their strategic requirements to launch VICTORY into the UK.”
