Adaptive DCS has strengthened its partnership with PORT as the company accelerates the expansion of its micromobility hub network across the UK, launching in new cities and scaling its operational footprint in key urban centres.
As a specialist provider of fleet preparation, technical assembly, and workshop services, Adaptive DCS plays a critical role in getting PORT bikes deployment-ready. Its dedicated team of mechanics and technicians manage the complete build process, ensuring every vehicle meets PORT’s operational and safety standards before entering service.
Services include final bike assembly, installation of specialist accessories and connectors, electronics onboarding and system configuration, charging and docking validation, test riding to meet rental performance requirements and waste management and recycling. Once commissioned, vehicles are delivered directly by Adaptive to PORT city-centre hub locations, enabling rapid activation and minimising time from arrival to rider use.
Following the successful delivery of vehicles across PORT’s UK network, Adaptive DCS is supporting the company’s next phase of nationwide growth. Adam Garner, Director at Adaptive DCS, commented: “It has been a pleasure working with PORT as they scale a robust and forward-thinking micromobility platform. Their focus on operational quality, infrastructure, and sustainability aligns closely with our own standards, and we look forward to continuing to support PORT’s expansion across the UK.
PORT is building the category-defining full-stack urban logistics infrastructure designed to solve the bottlenecks of last-mile delivery. Operating across major UK cities, PORT provides the foundation for riders, logistics firms, and cities to deliver faster, greener, and more profitably. By combining secure hubs with a long-range e-bike fleet and integrated technology, PORT is replacing fragmented fleets with a scalable, decarbonised network that empowers the future of urban logistics.
Kamil Suda, CEO at PORT, said: “Reliable execution is critical when you are building city-scale micromobility infrastructure. Adaptive DCS has become a trusted operational partner, supporting the final stages of vehicle preparation and deployment as we expand our hub network across the UK. Their technical standards and delivery discipline align well with how we think about long-term, sustainable urban logistics, and we value their role in helping us activate new locations efficiently and consistently.”
